The Dunham Fund is proud to support Suicide Prevention Services of America (SPS)’s Youth Suicide Prevention efforts throughout Kane, Kendall, and DuPage counties. This grant will help SPS enhance the youth suicide prevention programs at Stone Manor in Batavia, providing a separate private space for youth groups, counseling, and activities.SPS also partners with schools, churches and other organizations in the area to identify those at risk and intervene before a crisis occurs.Youth Suicide Prevention program will continue SPS’s life-saving work helping area kids struggling with suicidal thoughts, depression, and mental health issues.

In partnership with the Quad County Urban League, this grant allowed students in the greater Aurora area the opportunity not only to attend a performance of Dreamgirls at the Paramount, but provided an immersive experience to learn about the various vocations of the performing arts.
ESSE Adult Day Services
This grant from the Dunham Foundation supports ESSE Adult Day Services to begin programming at St. Marks Lutheran Church in Aurora. This grant helps meet the need of the growing number of participants with memory loss in the Aurora area to engage in daily cognitive and physical activities in a safe and caring environment.
